Jodye Whitesell

One of the increasingly rare Colorado natives, Jodye is a mountain girl living the city life. She takes every opportunity to hike, ski, camp, paddle board, kayak, and really do anything outside – camera always in hand, of course. But, as she’s learned since moving “down the hill” from her hometown in Evergreen, adventure-seeking doesn’t always mean a trip to the mountains. With Denver’s vibrant growth, there’s plenty of adventure to be had right here in the city. At the moment, she’s particularly fond of posting up at Improper City, wandering through the street art in RiNo, and getting lost among the books at Tattered Cover.

After earning her MBA from the University of Denver, Jodye joined the Slifer Smith & Frampton – Denver team in early 2017, where she started as marketing manager. She now oversees the firm’s operations and marketing in role as vice president.

Fun Fact: Knitted her first sweater when she was seven. It was not pretty.
