Beautiful property, beautiful future

7328 S Windermere Street, Littleton, CO

This past week, our own Sara Destiny Garza put a fantastic listing in Littleton under contract -- one with a beautiful future ahead of it. Located at 7328 S. Windermere Street, the property features 2.12 acres of park-like land right along the Highline Canal, a popular walking, biking, and horseback riding trail that connects the Denver Metro Area. The land and its location are what Sara says made it a “perfect candidate” for development.

“My favorite part about real estate is watching the transformation from when land or older homes change to gorgeous new homes for new families to spend their time together in,” Sara says. “When I first visited 7328 South Windermere, I could feel an enchanting calmness from the beautiful acreage located right on the High Line canal, surrounded by mature trees. I immediately knew it would be the perfect candidate for someone to redevelop and take advantage of the flexible zoning and superb location, so close to downtown Littleton and next to an amazing trail that can take you miles away.”

Ever since, Sara has focused on marketing the property by both traditional means and unique tactics targeted at developers. And all the hard work paid off – the property is now under contract with a plan for the development of new homes.

“With every new sale is a new lesson,” Sara says, “and this one will be a fantastic journey watching the development process from the inside out.”

Plans for Denver's next office tower unveiled!

 Dennis Huspeni, Denver Business Journal

Dennis Huspeni gives us the inside on this glossy 21-floor office building that will be breaking ground early 2014. "The great Recession wiped out plans for what was to have been Denver's tallest residential tower on the corner of 14th and Lawrence streets, but now the project has been reborn as a 21-story office tower. " “We are very excited about the success of downtown Denver and the positive momentum we see in the LoDo area,” said John MacNeil, First Gulf's president. “We are confident 1401 Lawrence’s visibility to arriving visitors and easy accessibility for tenants will set a new standard associated with Class AA LEED projects in Denver.” More details on this exciting new development check out the article here
