Q & A | Featuring Evan Miller in this month's Broker Profile

What did you do before you found this career?

I worked in hotel management for a luxury resort in Beaver Creek, CO.  This is where I fell in love with Real Estate and was later offered an opportunity to move to Lake Tahoe to start my Real Estate career.

Adventure you’re dying to take this year?

I just finished a week in Park City with my girlfriend and our two dogs, so I’m not sure if there is an “Adventure” in my cards this year.  More realistically, I’m looking forward to spending some time in the Mountains this summer.  My short list includes getting back to Europe, and especially Italy for some Pizza and Gelato…

Share with us what a day in the life was like living in San Francisco… ?

Suit and tie, BART to and from work in the Financial District, fun lunches in China Town (the best ones are the ones where they don’t speak English).  Now for the weekends…  Start the day with a morning latte from any one of many amazing local coffee shops, a beautiful run, take in a concert, and enjoy amazing food.  It was pretty much all about the music and food…

Having lived in the Vail area for many years what are some of your insider places..hiking trails..restaurants..etc?

Well, I could tell you, but then I’d have to…  I think we’re going to have to have this conversation in private or I might not be allowed back.

What do you love most about Denver?

It’s just the right size.  Having lived in Colorado for about 15 years during and after college, it was great to return “home”.  It has been fun to reunite with old friends, make new friends, explore Denver’s expanding culinary scene, and enjoy the outdoors.
