RAC / MS 150 90 Minute Spin Classes

Be sure to mark your calendars for Sunday, June 10th and June 17th at 8:00am for the 90 minute Spin classes that we will be hosting in preparation of the MS 150.  These classes will be co-taught by RAC’s very own Carlynn Martin and Autumn Verrier.  The MS 150 is a bike ride from Westminster to Fort Collins over a 2 day time period with all proceeds raised going to benefit the MS Society of Colorado.

The Riverfront Athletic Club will also be fundraising for this great cause, with all donations obtained being matched by Newmont Mining (one of the primary sponsors of the event) so every little bit helps!  As a sign of their appreciation Carlynn and Autumn have compiled CD’s with all of their favorite workout tracks on them to give to all donors/participants.

Both classes are sign-up only, so be sure to stop by the Riverfront Athletic Club at 1700 Bassett St., Suite 100 or call us at 720-946-3113 to reserve your spot today!

Here are just a few testimonials of RAC employees who will be partaking in the ride:

“Working with the MS Foundation has always been an organization that I hold very close to my heart. My mother in-law, Cindi, has been living with MS for many years. Her determination, positivity, and love, inspires me which keeps me fighting to find a cure.”-Carlynn McCallum

“This year I am participating in the MS150 for two very special people in my life.  Cindi Martin and Anne Jacobs, are two great friends of mine that have been diagnosed with MS.  Every day, people with MS have to get through their days with struggle and pain that I cannot begin to understand.  Cindi and Anne are so strong and positive that they do not let this life threatening disease bring them down.  It makes me feel blessed to have such uplifting people around me that I can only help spread that positivity to others.  Of course the money we raise for this event is for such a great cause and I truly believe that we are helping to get closer to finding a cure. The ride is much more than that in my opinion.  The two days of riding brings humanity together for ONE cause or ONE purpose and we are all out there riding to fulfill a goal!  Even people with MS are out there riding and going through the long days.  The days alone bring so much inspiration that I will never have an excuse to give up on ANYTHING.  These two ladies have supported me throughout my life since I have known them and riding in this special event to help support them is the LEAST I can do to return the favor.”  -Steve Mingilton

ScottStats: Making Money at Riverfront Park

Okay, everyone - here's something that hasn't been heard in a while. You can make money in this market. No, I'm not kidding. Here's a case study of three properties sold recently at The Park at ONE Riverfront:

Yes, the red up there is profit. An average of just over $200,000 profit, in fact. This is not only showing a strong local market, but it definitely explains the demand for places right here in Riverfront Park. Got a place that you think could sell as well as these? Let us know!
