Five Questions, One Broker with Lindsay McBride

Lindsay McBride shares what she is currently inspired by, a glimpse inside her childhood ballerina years and the best day of skiiing in her life in Five Questions, One Broker.

Most exciting part about being a broker at SSF Denver…  Working in the heart of the city!  Denver is such a fun and vibrant city and I get to see it every day.

Name one thing we might not know about you…   I was an aspiring ballerina growing up.  I started dancing when I was 3 and danced through high school competitively.  I was lucky enough to dance at an Orange Bowl Half Time show, on a cruise ship and Disney World.  In college, I decided a business degree would do better for me long term so I refocused my career.  I think it was a good move in the long run as my passion and talent were not on the same page!

Who are you currently inspired by… My niece and nephews.  I love the excitement and honesty in the way kids view the world.  Kids constantly remind me of the good in everything and to enjoy life.

We heard you got the chance to go Cat Skiing tell us more … It was amazing!  We were in the Routt National Forrest outside of Steamboat with a company called Steamboat Powder Cats.  We went on St. Patty’s day and with the luck of the Irish hit 41 inches of powder!  It was the deepest snow I’ve ever skied in and so much fun.  The untracked terrain with only 12 people is an incredible experience.  It was so good we booked it again for the next day and skied the best snow of my life two days in a row.

What is one thing on your “must do” list for 2016…  I’m a Colorado native and have never climbed a 14er!  Every summer I say I’m going to do it but 2016 is finally the year.
