Our Sales Portfolio
Slifer Denver has sold new development projects throughout Denver since our very beginning, starting with the original sales in Riverfront Park. In the years since, we've partnered with our sister company, East West Partners, to provide sales teams for a number of projects throughout the city. Here's a look at what we've sold:
In 1999, the Riverfront Park neighborhood emerged from the abandoned rail yards on the west side of Downtown Denver. With the development, Slifer Denver was born. We served as the sales team for the entire neighborhood, including Glass House, The Brownstones, Park Place Lofts, ONE Riverfront, Creekside, The Delgany, Riverfront Tower, and Promenade Lofts. In total, we sold over 900 units, from studios to penthouses to brownstones, and everything in between.
The Coloradan is the last piece of the puzzle in the Union Station neighborhood — and the only opportunity to own a home there. We've worked hand-in-hand with East West Partners since the beginning of the project, with sales starting in mid-2017. In the first three weeks of sales, over 50% of the building's 334 units were under contract. The building finished construction in late February 2019, with less than 5% of units still available.
East West Partners took over development at The Landmark in 2013 and brought in our team to complete the building's sales. In just a couple of years, we successfully sold all remaining units and our resale team (Kara Wetherill and Joy Van Gilder) has maintained a strong presence in the building ever since.
Nestled in the new Boulevard One neighborhood in Lowry, Buckley Row is a series of eight townhomes that effortlessly combined urban design with the suburban lifestyle. Slifer Denver brokers Amy Cesario and Evan Miller sold the project, closing over $6.8 million in sales between the eight homes.
